These terms cover buying a ScreenBeads kit on screenbeads.com. Please read them before you order. The ScreenBeads app has its own terms.

Who we are
ScreenBeads is sold by WORDPRISM LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16484578, VAT number GB495665532. Our registered office is TownSq Kingston, 3 Bucklands Wharf, Thames Side, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1TF, United Kingdom.

The kit
A ScreenBeads kit holds 32 wipeable phone-shaped cards on a steel binder ring, one black FriXion pen and a microfiber cloth. The product page lists what's in the box.
Orders
When you place an order, we email you an order confirmation. The contract between us starts when we send that email. If we can't supply the kit, for example because it has sold out or the price shown was a clear mistake, we tell you and refund anything you paid.
Prices and payment
Prices include UK VAT. Checkout shows the full price, delivery included, before you pay, along with the payment methods we accept. Payment is taken when you place the order.
Delivery
Delivery options, prices and times are in our shipping policy. The kit is our responsibility until it reaches you or the person you asked to receive it. Outside the UK, you pay any import duties and taxes on delivery.
Cancelling and returns
You can cancel your order and return the kit within 30 days of delivery. Our return policy explains how, what it costs and when you get your money back. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel without giving a reason, and our 30 days include those 14.
Faulty kits
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the kit must match its description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for purpose. If it isn't, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that you can ask for a repair or replacement, and for a price reduction or refund if that doesn't put it right. Email us with your order number and a photo.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. Loss is foreseeable if it was obvious it would happen, or if we both knew it might happen when the contract was made. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable.
If you buy the kit for a business, we aren't liable for loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption, and our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the order.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let us limit.
Your personal data
We use your details to take, deliver and support your order, as our privacy policy describes.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in your local courts if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country's consumer law.
If something goes wrong, email us first and we will try to put it right.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
