Shipping policy

This policy covers delivery of ScreenBeads kits bought on screenbeads.com. Kits are sold by WORDPRISM LTD and ship from the United Kingdom.

Delivery in the UK

• Standard: £4.99, free on orders of £50 or more.
• Express: £6.99.

Standard delivery usually arrives within 3 days.

Delivery outside the UK

We ship to most countries with DHL Express Worldwide or FedEx International Connect Plus. The carrier's price for your address shows at checkout before you pay. Delivery usually takes 5 to 12 days.

Your country may charge import duties and taxes when the kit arrives. They are paid to the carrier and aren't part of our price or the delivery charge.

Dispatch and tracking

When your kit leaves us, we email you a shipping confirmation. It includes a tracking link when the service has one.

Delivery address

Check the address at checkout. To change it, email support@screenbeads.com before the kit ships. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we email you to arrange a new delivery, which you pay for.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

The kit is our responsibility until it reaches you. If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email support@screenbeads.com with your order number. We take it up with the carrier, and if the parcel is lost or damaged we send a new kit or refund you.
